Thousands Flock to Wickenburg for this Annual Event

Gold Rush Days in Wickenburg, AZ - the annual event that draws tens of thousands of visitors to the western community just north of Phoenix. Home to a Senior Pro Rodeo that has been declared "Rodeo of the Year" by the National Senior Pro Rodeo Association, the heritage event celebrates the town’s origins as a ranching and gold mining center. The event has even received recognition as one of "America's Living Legacies" by the Library of Congress.

In its 69th year, Wickenburg's Gold Rush Days has put together a 3 ½ day lineup of activities for the whole family. The Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce is the proud producer of the celebration each year, along with partners and sponsors. Come out next weekend and enjoy carnivals, art shows, rodeo performances, and more. The annual Gold Rush parade is one of the largest in Arizona. With a "Rides for the Brand" theme, the parade is expecting over 100 entries including 1,000 horses, classic cars, floats, marching bands, and youth groups.
