Twelve Days of Good Food Gifting- Phoenix Knife House

Day 6: Phoenix Knife House Grand Opening Party featuring Noble Bread
Phoenix Knife House, the Scottsdale-based culinary supply store, is no typical source for cookware. Owner Eytan Zias specializes in Japanese and custom professional cutlery and he's pretty knowledgeable on the subject. He can walk you through the type of knife best for anything you might need it for, from sushi to butchery and from professional to everyday status.
Eytan recently found Phoenix Knife House a new home and would like to invite you to come see the new place- no strings attached. In the invite to the party, he says,
"We would like to welcome you to our newly relocated store with a party. Whether you call it a Grand Opening, Customer Appreciation, Holiday Party or Industry Party - This is not a sales event, but a chance to get together, share some food, drink some beer, and show off the new shop. We are very fortunate to have Noble Bread roll in their new wood burning oven and fire up some of their amazing pizza. Hope to see you all there, please feel free to bring some friends.- Eytan"
Eytan's been generous with his knowledge over the years and we're happy to see his one-man operation still going strong. Now, we'd like to return the generosity by encouraging you to visit his party tomorrow night, check out the also-very-awesome and community-supported Noble Bread, break bread and perhaps, gift a beautiful knife to that perfect someone this holiday season.
