11 For(u)m Members Sustaining Our Future

Nearly two years into its existence, Local First Arizona's For(u)m program continues its growth at a robust clip. As we prepare for a second edition of the Subcontractor Expo, Local First looks to its growing membership to see what companies are combining forces in building the Phoenix metro's more sustainable and walkable future.

1. Starmar Investments

This new equity partnership is eagerly making an impact in downtown Mesa. As the city prepares for its more urban future, Starmar Investments has made a strategic impact through pop-up events in its "Sliver Lot," while being one of the first property owners offering Main Street improvements through the City of Mesa's downtown historic facade program. Check out Starmar's work in our recap of the Mesa development bus tour, and view their current property availability
