Little did she know that her next adventure pursuing this lost art would result in an incredible company, headquartered right in Cottonwood, Arizona.
In just two and a half (short) years, Wild Tonic® has become both a leader and disruptor in the beverage industry, filling a void in the market and stirring interest in this historic method of fermentation.
What is Wild Tonic® Jun Kombucha?
Wild Tonic® Jun Kombucha is an innovative craft brew fermented with honey, rather than sugar, unmatched in flavor, brewed with certified organic fruit, herbs and botanicals and available in non-alcohol and 5.6% ABV versions.
Jun and a Natural Effervesence
A rare cousin of Kombucha, Jun is made by fermenting tea and honey with a Jun culture, creating a natural effervescence. Wild Tonic's authentic heirloom Jun culture feeds on honey and is uniquely adapted to work with the host of bacteria, organisms and antimicrobial properties present in honey.
The result is a lighter and smoother taste that is much different from other Kombucha varieties on the market and much more pleasing to the palate in comparison to traditional Kombucha.
There is no Jun without honey. Wild Tonic® Jun is made with 100% pure honey produced from the pollen collected by honeybees.
