10 Things to Know Before You Go: Arizona Fall Fest
The Arizona Fall Fest is a free and family-friendly celebration of everything local to Arizona. The festival features food from many of Arizona’s finest restaurants, a beer & wine garden, booths for local merchants and live entertainment.
To maximize your local experience, keep these 10 things in mind when attending this year's Arizona Fall Fest:
1. Bring the whole family
Bring the whole family, well-behaved dogs included! Entrance to the festival is free, and there will be tons of activities going on throughout the festival for kids, adults, and everyone in between.
2. Make a plan to get to Hance Park
While free and metered street parking is available in the Hance Park area, folks attending the Arizona Fall Festival are encouraged to use public transportation or plan their ride to avoid the hassle of parking.
Ride in local style: Text VIP to 33222 for $5 off your ride with VIP Taxi. Or drive to a nearby Park & Ride location and take the Light Rail to either the Central & Roosevelt station or the Central & McDowell station. There are also multiple Grid Bikes locations in the area.
3. Arrive early for complimentary gift bags
Arrive early, as the first 500 families get a gift bag stuffed to the brim with goodies from several dozen local businesses!
4. Kickstart your holiday shopping (or treat yourself)
Sample delicious morsels from some of the best restaurants and food trucks in Arizona. Samples are available for just $1!
6. Hit the Hensley Beverage Garden for local beverages
