Presented with City of Phoenix Councilwoman Laura Pastor and District 4
Though now totally aligned with the light rail, compared to its eastern half, the West Camelback corridor has yet to receive the same Valleywide attention. But thanks to the combined arrival of The Newton's mixed-use development, growing food-based projects from the IRC Phoenix, new and rehabbed affordable and market-rate housing, and the continued presence of internationally-focused business, the area is now bubbling with potential to fill its remaining vacant lots and storefronts as the Camelback Light Rail Corridor (CLRC).
LFA For(u)m partners with the City of Phoenix to present a tour of success and opportunity--showcasing recent housing, commercial, and nonprofit developments, as well as sites primed for investment.
Tour stops and speakers include Venue Projects, IRC Phoenix, Urban 188, VIVO Partners, AmeriSchools, Keep Phoenix Beautiful, and more to be confirmed.
