A new steakhouse serving certified Angus Beef and craft cocktails with an extensive wine list has just opened up in the West Valley. Desert Rose Steakhouse was started by Pete and Teresa, partial owners of the GasLight Inn and OTG Wine & Beer Bar in Glendale AZ. Due to the limited number of locally owned steak restaurants on the Westside, Pete & Teresa decided to create their own steakhouse that offered a modern and friendly atmosphere, a high-quality menu that utilizes locally sourced products whenever possible, and an array of tasty libations ranging from wine and cocktails to local brews.
Whether it’s a petit filet or a 48oz T-Bone, the steaks at Desert Rose are aged 21 to 28 days for that perfect flavor and tenderness. Additionally, the restaurant’s juicy 1/2 lb. burgers are hand formed, lightly seasoned, cooked to perfection and served with steak fries piled high with blue cheese or ranch dressing – a favorite among its patrons.
Walking distance from Old Town Glendale, it makes for a great date night, meeting spot, or just a casual place to swing in for a cocktail or two. Mixologists are on hand to create signature cocktails – or just kick back and relax with an ice-cold, local micro-brew. Check out their website for hours and a full menu of their offerings.
