Bringing Art, Entertainment, and Culture to the Verde Valley

Old Town Center for the Arts (OTCA), located in Cottonwood, is dedicated to bringing the otcafinest arts, entertainment, and culture to Northern Arizona. OTCA is currently in its 8th season and has presented over 360 events, featuring international performing artists from all over the world. Along with supporting musicians, dancers, comedians and theater artists from around the United States, they also support a number of local and regional talents.   Throughout the year, OTCA hosts many educational and sustainable community events and festivals. During the upcoming months, OTCA will be hosting a number of talented musicians. OTCA will be hosting the talented Temenos Quartet in Concert, Saturday, November 14th at 7:00 PM.

Temenos Quartet plays original New World Music: with intelligent and emotionally evocative lyrics set ttemenoso an eclectic array of irresistible trance-dance grooves. This is musical medicine for the mind and spirit, guaranteed to entertain, energize and enlighten audiences of all ages.

Tickets for Temenos Quartet are $15 in advance, $18 door at the door, and $20 for priority seating.

The following weekend, OTCA will be hosting the remarkable South of Winslow, Eagles Tribute Band in Concert, Saturday, November 21st at 7:0south of winslow0 PM.

South of Winslow, based in Prescott Arizona, is a collection of six talented and seasoned musicians that perform Eagles music, exclusively. After perfecting their sound for a long time, the band has been busy performing locally, and as far as Honolulu. They are often mistaken for the Real Eagles.”

Tickets for South of Winslow are $20 in advance, $25 at the door, and $30 for priority seating.

In December, the OTCA will be hosting the incomparable Arvel Bird on, Saturday, December arvel5th at 7:00 PM.

Arvel Bird, a Native American violinist, flutist and composer is known around the world for his dramatic connection between Native American and Celtic traditions, stirring up scenes that echo from North American memory. Dubbed “Lord of the Strings” by fans and music critics, his music evokes the soul of North American history and is thoroughly entertaining, but also enlightening and humanizing.”

Tickets for Arvel Bird are $18 in advance and $20 at the door, $25 for priority seating in the first three rows.

Old Town Center for the Arts will host its annual holiday show, Holiday Blues Revue on Saturday, December 12, at 7:00 pm.

“This year’s show promises to be the best ever, with a program of both traditional and modern holiday classics, performed by some of the best singers and musicians in Northern Arizona. This show will give musical respect to our holiday traditions with a sprinkling of rock ‘n roll and rhythm & blues.”

Tickets for the Holiday Blues Revue are $18 in advance for general seating, $20 at the door and $25 for priority seating.
