Proper is hosting five Beer vs. Wine Dinners in Tucson between now and next summer, combining locally sourced food with breweries and wineries from all across Arizona.
Local beverage production is important to Arizona's sense of community and these events are a fun way to interact with delicious, creative cuisine and outstanding beer and wine. The first of these dinners will take place on Monday, September 28th, featuring beer from 1055 Brewing Company and wine from Chateau Tumbleweed. Dinner attendees will be asked to vote for either the beer or wine that pairs best with each course and the winner will be announced at the end of the event. Dinner will be prepared by a culinary team comprised of chefs from Proper, headed by Chef de Cuisine Kris Vrolijk.
Each dinner will feature three courses for $40 per person, host pairings, and keynote conversations with the beer and wine makers. 7:00 PM seating. Located at 300 East Congress Street Tucson, AZ. Seating is limited and reservations are required. Please call 520-396-3357 to reserve your space now.
