Do you ever find yourself overwhelmed with the amount of platforms you use to simply run your business? InfusionSoft, a sustaining member of Local First Arizona, realized this was an ineffective way to get things done and created a new all in one, web-based system with email marketing, social media tools, a powerful CRM and e-commerce to tend to the needs of their small business customers. We here at LFA are now fully immersed in InfusionSoft, using the software to perform our email marketing and maintain member data. The platform is incredibly easy to use and has saved us tons of staff time.
"InfusionSoft is a fantastic tool to help elevate your business through eliminating tedious tasks and fully empowering your business to advance to the next level. Through database management, email marketing, and enabling you to serve all your clients' needs, InfusionSoft has proven to be a leading company, offering full small business marketing tools." - Thomas Barr, Local First Arizona
As a way to propel small business success, InfusionSoft hosts ICON, a three day conference that brings together small business owners and entrepreneurs to learn new strategies, network and attend presentations by renowned national and local keynote speakers. Don’t miss this year’s ICON15 March 31st - April 2nd at the Phoenix Convention Center.
InfusionSoft recently welcomed Local First members for our March Evening Mixer at their headquarters in Chandler, and as a surprise gave each attendee a pass to ICON15, worth $500! We want to give a huge thank you to InfusionSoft for this incredible opportunity.
Amici Catering catered our event with delicious spaghetti, fresh salad and fruit. Owners Scott and Lori Harlig have made a commitment to serving the local community by partnering with local suppliers and using only compostable and recyclable materials. By donating their time to local organizations with services and tasty food, Amici Catering has saved local organizations $45,000 in 2013 alone! We truly appreciate their partnership!
Our March mixer also marked the first quarter of 2015, and our first Wist Rebate donation of the year. Each quarter, Wist Office Supplies donates 4% of all Local First Arizona member sales to our Foundation, which we then split with a local non-profit. This quarter, our members contributed to $1, 700 for The Joy Bus to help continue their efforts to provide fresh Chef inspired meals to homebound cancer patients.
After our great meal, we highlighted a few exciting things coming up for Local First Arizona including:
- Tianguis at Muebleria del Sol on March 28th. This is a great festival for the family with food, music and lots of activities for kids!
- We launched EZBZ, a program that connects consumers in need of products and services with applicable local businesses in real-time.
- There’s still time to sign up for our upcoming webinar with Stephanie Angelo, from Human Resource Essential, titled: “It Doesn’t Make Sense and It’s Costing Us Millions.”
- This webinar will cover the loss to business, both in productivity and workdays as well as an understanding of Arizona state law to create safer workplaces. Join us Tuesday, March 31st from 10:00am - 11:30am, online. RSVP HERE
