14455614251_3b93719bfb_zPassport to Local Success, Tucson We will be kicking off Independents Week on June 28th with a "Passport To Local Success" event from 4pm to 8pm at Haggerty Plaza. Attendees receive a shopping passport featuring 20 local merchants along 4th Avenue and Congress streets and are encouraged to visit merchants to get their passports stamped. Passports, with 5 stamps, can enter to win prize drawings for baskets filled with great items from our local businesses. More info.

Marana's Arizona Pavilions District will host an evening of patriotic fun and excitement, Friday, July 4 from 6 p.m.to 10 p.m., with fireworks at 9 p.m. More info.

bisbeeFourth of July in Bisbee The big days begins with our world famous Coaster Race on Historic Tombstone Canyon. Later watch the traditional parade in the Warren section in Bisbee. A big favorite is the traditional mining mucking and hard-rock drilling contest. More info.

FireworksOld Fashion Fourth of July, Tubac Tubac Presidio State Historic Park will be the site of an assortment of free games for the kids, free hot dogs and watermelon, and a “squirt-down” courtesy of the Tubac Fire Department. This old-fashioned family celebration is organized by the Tubac Chamber of Commerce with help from local non-profit organizations. More info.
