Devoured Food + Wine Classic 2014 Demo Line Up

devour-logo-nohand-foodwineclassicWith Arizona's biggest culinary weekend coming up Saturday and Sunday, we are excited to announce the Devoured Food + Wine Classic's Demonstration line up to add to the festivities. This year, demos are being held in the Phoenix Theater's Little Theater located off the South Courtyard, so guests will have no distractions while they watch.Here's to learning from the best (and more samples)!

12:15pm-12:45pm "State of the Grape" Arizona Wine Panel with moderator Pavle Milic of FnB Restaurant  featuring Arizona Winemakers Todd Bostock of Dos Cabezas Wineworks, Maynard Keenan of Caduceus Cellars, Kent Callaghan of Callaghan Vineyards and Rob Hammelman of Sand-Reckoner Vineyards
1pm-1:30pm Bernie Kantak From Citizen Public House demonstrates his World Famous Chopped Salad: With almost 1,000 loyal social media followers and thousands more craving it on a daily basis, the Chopped Salad, also known as Arizona's State Salad, has become the must-have bite for lunch, dinner or even happy hour. Learn how he does it!

1pm-1:30pm Bootleggers  Modern American Smokehouse Chef James Fox will demo a decadent steak tartare, plus master mixologist Gavin Pena will dive into a bubbly demo on the Uptown Fizz cocktail.
