February Southern Arizona Member Mixer Recap

Our February southern Arizona mixer was hosted by Eliza Dray and Meghan Marum of Nonesuch Home in Tucson where it was hard to keep from buying one of everything on display.  This charming shop near Broadway and Country Club carries impeccably designed lines of home furnishings and accessories, as well as jewelry, art, children's gifts, and vintage decor.  “We try very hard to find things that are handmade and well crafted,” commented Eliza.  In addition to the gracious surrounding, Meghan and Eliza provided delicious food from Saffron Bistro.  On offer were crispy turnovers, basmati rice, soft bread stuffed with onions and Indian spices as well as homemade chocolate chip cookies and brownies.  There was even a delicious cake from Marcos Bakery brought by former LFA Tucson coordinator Lisette as a farewell to our much beloved departing Tucson coordinator, Deanna Chevas.

Nonesuch raffled off two jars of gourmet jam and Mama’s Hawaiian BBQ raffled off a $25 gift certificate.
