Tickets for 2013 Arizona Farmer Chef Connection

We are very excited to be sponsors of this year's Arizona Farmer Chef Connection! This event will work to bring local farmers and food producers in Arizona together with local restaurants, school food buyers, and others in the Arizona food industry. Supporting our local farmers and food producers while getting local, wholesome food into our restaurants and institutions is a win-win for our state and economy, especially since agriculture is one of our biggest industries! WHO: Arizona Farmer+Chef Connection is open to wholesale food buyers such as chefs, restaurants, grocery stores, school food buyers, caterers, etc., and Arizona based food producers, farmers and ranchers. The event is not open to the public. 
WHAT: A conference to connect local food producers from across Arizona to wholesale food buyers. The conference program includes panel discussions on innovations in farm to table distribution, best practices in localizing wholesale, food safety regulations and more. In addition, networking between buyers and sellers will facilitate more localized business relationships in Arizona’s food economy. A reception featuring local foods and beverages from the conference attendees caps off the event.
WHY: To promote collaboration and direct market opportunities for Arizona’s farmers, ranchers and food buyers that are committed to creating a healthy, seasonal and regional food economy.
WHERE: Desert Botanical Gardens in Phoenix
WHEN: Monday, June 10th, from 1-6 PM
