Join Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon and Congressman Harry Mitchell to launch Buy Local Week! The launch event will take place at Bashas' in Ahwatukee - the only shared district of both Mayor Gordon and the Congressman.

Local First Arizona members are invited to bring banners and signs from their business for the news cameras as we host the press conference for the Buy Local Week festivities. Last year over 60 business owners came out and made a fun and festive backdrop for the Mayor's talk about the importance of local businesses!
We will have local vendors like Simply Bread on hand, with all kinds of local business there reminding the viewers that Local Business are the backbone of the Arizona economy. Shopping local is the BEST thing a person can do this holiday season.
We'll promote your Buy Local Week deals! Send all of the details of your promotion along with your logo to Russ at russ@localfirstaz.com and we will post to the Local First AZ blog, where we will direct our friends and customers for certified local deals!
