LFA will host an hourly raffle for great prizes like free dinners at locally owned restaurants. There will also be an Auction with TONS of items from all of our amazing members. The first 500 people to arrive will receive Free Gift Bags.
THERE ARE 6 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
1. RENT A BOOTH FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Only dues paying members can rent a booth. We are looking for fun, interactive booths that are family friendly.
Members can rent a full booth for $249 or a half booth for $130. Each Booth is a 10x10 canopy and we provide three 7ft tables & two chairs in each booth. Click here for picture of Tent. Choosing "Half a Booth" gives you 1 & 1/2 tables. You can request to share a booth with a compatible business, or we will pick one for you.
We always do our best to make sure the events flow well from booth to booth.

MEMBERS WHO ARE CONSIDERING RENTING A BOOTH
Restaurants/Food vendors must offer Free Samples, and are also welcome to sell Pre-packaged Food at your booth.
You must have your health permits for the day.
For example, last year Fairytale Brownies had bite-sized samples to give away as well as gift packs of brownies for sale. All other vendors are welcome to sell items, but we encourage positive interaction with patrons. Kidstop Toystore had games out for the kids to play, and also games for sale. Samurai Comics had face painting for kids, and Comic Books for sale.
Please call Kimber if you have an idea or question!
