Green chile, red chile, & hot jalapenos for salsa, relish, & jellies
We are Chile farmers who grow green chile and hot jalapenos. Our harvest for green chile is August and September. And we are roasting chile during those two months only. Then "green" goes "red" and we have red chile into October. With our hot jalapenos, we make a line of salsa, relish, and jellies -- available all year.
