Founded in 1961 as ambassadors for the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, the Scottsdale Charros are dedicated to serving the community through the promotion and support of education and youth programs and economic development.
. . . Each year, The Charros host the San Francisco Giants at Scottsdale Stadium in downtown Scottsdale for Spring Training. Proceeds from Spring Training, along with other year-round fundraising activities, fund grants and donations back into the community.
. . . The Charros have awarded over a Half Million Dollars in Scholarships and Master’s in Education Fellowships over the years. And, The Scottsdale Charros have donated over $5 million to local nonprofits in just the last 12 years alone! www.charrofoundation.org
